Maintenance Agreement $60 per hour
Maintenance is defined as any changes or updates to the site as necessary as to conform to the original intent of the site and the signed contract. Maintenance tasks shall be performed at the request of Client. Updated pages shall be approved within 48 hours. 1 hour minimum for each requested page update. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the maintenance fee will only be billed when work is completed.
Terms of Payment
50% of balance at beginning of contract
25% of balance at completion of preliminary site construction (Includes website layout approval and working links)
25% of balance at completion of site test, upload and submission
Terms are Net 28 days.
It is the Driftek Computer Systems policy that any outstanding accounts for work carried out by Driftek Computer Systems or its affiliates are required to be paid in full, no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement with Driftek Computer Systems.
Once a deposit is paid and work is completed you are obliged to pay the balance of payment in full. We will contact clients via email and telephone to remind them of such payments if they are not received when due.
If accounts are not settled or Driftek Computer Systems have not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related website may be denied and web pages removed, we will then pass such cases to the Small Claims Court to pursue payment, non-payment can result in county court judgments (ccj's) being added to the clients’ credit rating.
Following consistent non-payment of an invoice our Solicitors will contact the client in question, with a view to taking the matter further and if need be to seek payment through legal procedures, and if necessary court summons.
